Service/UN Committee
The Service/UN Committee is focused on developing an #800 domestic violence awareness campaign in Bonita Springs to promote the statewide hotline. This program is based upon input from the local women shelters, ACT in Lee County and The Naples Shelter for Women and Children in Collier County. Volunteers will be needed to help distribute and post flyers.

On 6 November 2009, UNIFEM launched
Say NO – UNiTE to End Violence Against Women, a global advocacy initiative to stimulate, count and showcase actions on ending violence against women around the world.
